Orders placed online are prepared for shipment within 48 hours and shipped same day if placed before 12pm (excluding weekends and public French holidays)

Customers will receive a confirmation e-mail once their order has been shipped, and may track the status of the delivery through the shipment information contained therein. Delivery timeframes are indicative only, as WEAR MARCIA cannot be held responsible for any potential delays incurred by third-party transport partners.

Colissimo Standard, delivered within 3–4 days after dispatch (Metropolitan France and Corsica, excluding DOM TOM): 8€ TTC

In case of absence, the package will be delivered to the recipient’s local post office, as indicated on the delivery notice provided by the transport partner.

UPS delivered within 1–3 days after dispatch (Metropolitan France, excluding both Corsica and DOM TOM): 22€ TTC

If you have chosen “Paris Coursier” as a delivery option we will contact you regarding your order for the best delivery time. (only available on working days for orders placed before 3pm UTC+1) : 25€ TTC

DHL Express delivery within 2–3 days once dispatched: shipping costs vary by country (refer to pricing table below).

Taxes are calculated based on the item.s you have ordered, including the shipment destination and the total value of your purchase.

Customs duties are included for all shipments outside the European Union, including shipments to Switzerland, Norway and United-Kingdoms. No added taxes or duties will be applied.

Express orders will be sent via DHL. Shipping costs are calculated based on delivery country, selected shipping method, number of items and total parcel weight. A shipment confirmation will be sent to you once the order is sent, including your tracking number. All orders are fully traceable on the shipping company’s website via the tracking link.

If you have provided wrong shipping information and wish to change it please send an email to customercare@wearmarcia.com as soon as possible. Changes can only be made before you have received a shipping confirmation.

Shipping method can not be changed. If you wish to change your chosen shipping method please contact us for cancellation of your order and you can make a new one. We do not take responsibility if you have provided us with a wrong or invalid address.

Wear Marcia is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If your package has been lost or damaged, we advise you to contact the courier with which it has been sent.
