We do not accept returned pieces with makeup stains or with a smell of perfume. Please be careful when trying on the garments.

You can try the item.s without causing any sort of deterioration. If the item.s have been used or aren’t returned with original packaging you will lose your right of return and the item.s will be returned to you.

Once your return has been accepted, all returned item.s will be credited back to your credit used to make the purchase of the item.s. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. You will receive an email once the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

How to return an order from within metropolitan France?

1) Fill out the return form on our portal: Marcia Return Portal

2) Print the return label sent to you at the end of the form.

3) Pack up the items you wish to return and include the delivery paperwork and/or -your invoice in the package, as this will make identifying and processing your order quicker and easier.

4) Place the return slip, attach it to your sealed box and drop off your package at the closest post office.

5) Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed. We hold the right to deny refunds if the item.s returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

*Parcels returned after the prescribed time frame shall be refused and returned to the sender.

How to return an order from within the European Union or an international destination?

1) Fill out the return form on our portal: Marcia Return Portal

2) Print the return label sent to you at the end of the form.

3) Pack up the items you wish to return and include the delivery paperwork and/or your invoice in the package, as this will make identifying and processing your order quicker and easier.

4) Place the return slip, attach it to your sealed box and drop off your package at the closest post office (Colissimo or DHL depending on your country).

5) Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed. We hold the right to deny refunds if the item.s returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

The first exchange is free. From the second exchange onwards, a €5 fee will be applied.

Exchanges are subject to item availability.

The item.s should be returned:

• In their original condition accompanied by all its accessories (dustbag, hangers, garment bag and all labels attached.
• The item.s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
• We do not accept returned garments with makeup stains and/or garments that smell of perfume. Please be careful when trying on the garments.

*Items in unsuitable or used condition will be rejected and returned to you.

Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. This may take up to 10 business days.

How do I proceed if my item is defective?

We pay great attention to the quality of our products. However, if you receive a defective item, please submit your request through our return portal:
