Returns & exchanges

We gladly accept returns of any unworn, unwashed piece.s within 14 days of receiving your online order. All items that are returned must be unworn and have their original tags and packaging. (dust bag, hangers, garment bag, all labels attached).

 

We do not accept returned pieces with makeup stains or with a smell of perfume. Please be careful when trying on the garments.

 

You can try the item.s without causing any sort of deterioration. If the item.s have been used or aren’t returned with original packaging you will lose your right of return and the item.s will be returned to you.

 

Once your return has been accepted, all returned item.s will be credited back to your credit used to make the purchase of the item.s. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. You will receive an email once the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

How to return an order from within metropolitan France?

 

  1. Please send us an email request to: customercare@wearmarcia.com prior to sending a return.
  2. Use the free return slip which came with your order. (for express orders please write to us and we will provide you with a return label)
  3. Pack up the items you wish to return and include the delivery paperwork and/or your invoice in the package, as this will make identifying and processing your order quicker and easier.
  4. Place the return slip, attach it to your sealed box and drop off your package at the closest post office.
  5. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed. We hold the right to deny refunds if the item.s returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

 

If you are in Paris, you can also drop by our office and complete the return.

How to return an order from within the European Union or an international destination

 

For all international orders please visit our return page.

 

  1. Log into the Return portal enter your order number (ex: GE118714TS) and the email address you used to place your order. Click on “next”.
  2. Select the items you wish to return by confirming the quantities and reason for returning. Click on “next”.
  3. Select your return method. Click on “next”.
  4. Click on “Print return label” to download your label.
  5. Pack up the items you wish to return and include the delivery paperwork and/or your invoice in the package, as this will make identifying and processing your order quicker and easier.

 

Print your return label, attach it to your sealed box and drop off your package at the closest post office.

EXCHANGES

 

MARCIA does not offer direct exchange. If you are interested in a different size, color or style, please return your item.s to us and simply purchase the new piece.s separately at marciawear.com.

  • The item.s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
  • We do not accept returned garments with makeup stains and/or garments that smell of perfume. Please be careful when trying on the garments.

 

*Items in unsuitable or used condition will be rejected and returned to you.

 

Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. This may take up to 10 business days.
